From My Journey To Yours

If you’ve ever looked around at your life and wondered, “Why doesn’t this feel like me anymore?” — you’re not alone.

There were times in my life when it looked like I had it all together — but inside, I felt completely lost.

There were moments when I looked around at the life I had and asked myself...

Why doesn’t this feel like me anymore?
Why do I feel like I’m constantly searching for something, but I don’t even know what it is?
Is this really it? It can’t be.
Do I even want the same things as I did?
I don’t even want the same things as everyone else… do I?

There was a quiet knowing — that I was meant to live a life that felt true to me.
To follow my own path.
But what did that even mean? And how was I supposed to find it?

On the outside, things looked good. I had a corporate career, lived in a beautiful part of Sydney, and was steadily ticking off the boxes I thought mattered.
But inside, I felt disconnected — like I was following that map drawn by someone else.

And then my body started whispering.

I had been putting my own needs aside for a long time — always doing, pushing, showing up for everyone else. But eventually, something inside me started to feel off. Like my energy was slipping away, little by little.

It wasn’t loud at first — just a quiet sense that things weren’t right.
But I knew, deep down, this was my wake-up call.

It was my body’s way of asking me to slow down… to tune in… to come back to myself.

There was this inner conflict I couldn’t ignore.
Part of me wanted to keep ticking the boxes.
The other part knew they were never mine to begin with.

And as things around me started to fall out of alignment, I felt even more confused — like I was fighting for a life I wasn’t even sure I wanted.

I had done everything I thought I was supposed to do…
But somewhere along the way, I lost touch with who I really was.

For a while, I was “off course.” I wasn’t ticking the boxes I was supposed to tick — and I wasn’t really listening to myself either. I felt like I was just… existing.

But the unravelling led me inward — and that’s when Human Design found me.
It kept appearing — in conversations with a friend, a podcast, on a holiday, online.
Eventually, I got curious enough to dive in.

When I first saw my chart, I didn’t know what to make of it. I was curious but a little sceptical — what could this really show me?
But as I started to explore, something in me lit up. I was surprised — in the best possible way.
For the first time in a long time, I felt truly seen.

I was hooked — so much so, I became a Certified Practitioner.
But more than just a tool, Human Design gave me something even more powerful:
It gave me myself back.

And that’s when everything began to shift.

For the first time, I wasn’t trying to fit into a life that didn’t feel like mine.
I was finally living as me — and that changed everything.

Now, I’m here to help you do the same and it is easier than you think.
